Feldenkrais

The Feldenkrais Method ("Feldenkrais") is a somatic education system created by Moshe Feldenkrais, a physicist and engineer. Feldenkrais uses gentle, mindful movement and directed attention to help improve flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being. It aims to rewire the neuromuscular system using gentle movements and active attention to help you move with more ease, flexibility, and coordination. The goal is to "learn how to learn."

In order to recognize small changes in effort, the effort itself must first be reduced. More delicate and improved control of movement is possible only through the increase of sensitivity, through a greater ability to sense differences.
