We do not store full payment card numbers; our payment processors handle that securely.

How we use information

Provide and improve the website, archive search, and media playback.
Send updates you request, administer memberships/donations, and respond to questions.
Keep the site secure and prevent misuse.

Retention

We keep data as long as needed for the purpose collected and to meet legal obligations (e.g., donation records). Then we delete or anonymize it.

GPLRC provides access to archival and educational materials related to gestalt practice and related fields. Content is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise noted.

If you create an account, keep your login secure and let us know if you suspect misuse.

Your contributions

If you upload or submit materials (text, images, audio/video, metadata):

You confirm you have rights to share them.
You grant GPLRC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and share them for library purposes (you retain ownership).
You confirm your submission does not violate others’ rights or applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break security, scrape any media, infringe IP, post unlawful content, or disrupt services. We may suspend access for misuse.

Materials are educational. They are not a substitute for professional care.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, GPLRC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Safe-harbor guidelines

Do: test only on your own account or non-destructive endpoints, respect rate limits, and keep data confidential.
Don’t: exploit the issue, access others’ data, disrupt service, or run automated scans that degrade performance.
