Prompts for a Self-interview
These questions are offered as prompts, not as an interview to complete. Choose anything that sparks a memory, story, image, or reflection. You can write your responses, record yourself speaking, or simply use the questions to help you remember what you want to share. Photographs with captions and associated stories are also welcome.

- How did you first meet gestalt practice—or one of the practices that grew from or alongside it? What do you remember about that first experience?
- What did you expect, and how did the experience compare with your expectations?
- What has your relationship to the practice been over time? What is it now?
- Is there an aspect of the practice that has been particularly useful or meaningful to you? A teaching, phrase, or practice you still remember or return to?
- Is there an aspect that has been difficult or problematic for you?
- When you think about your experience with gestalt practice, does a particular memory, snapshot, person, place, or moment come to mind? Tell us about it.
