The winter solstice marks the moment when our hemisphere leans farthest from the sun, bringing the longest night of the year. It’s a natural turning point—an invitation to pause, reflect, and look back at the year now ending, consider where we have been and what we are moving toward.
Chris will offer structures and guiding questions to help focus this review. Together, we’ll explore beginnings and endings, what was difficult and what was nourishing, and see if bringing these experiences into awareness can inform our intention and choices for the year ahead.
Please bring writing materials for journaling, and your 2025 calendar if it helps jog memory. We’ll share some of what we notice in the full group, and we’ll work in pairs in breakout rooms for deeper reflection.
This is a time to be present with yourself and with others, cameras on. Rather than watching from the sidelines, come ready to participate, exchange, and meet what arises—looking back, looking forward, and noticing what’s here and now.
