Moving with Life: Zuza Engler

Zuza headshot

Zuza Engler brings a clear, embodied approach to learning and change—an integrated blend of somatics, conscious movement, gestalt, and mindfulness/awareness training. A certified teacher in Soul Motion®, Open Floor, and Gestalt Awareness Practice, she weaves movement experiments with present-time inquiry so participants can track sensation, emotion, and meaning without forcing. Zuza completed a doctorate in clinical psychology, and her work stays grounded: simple structures, kind rigor, and practical skills you can carry into daily life—regulation, contact, communication, and creative choice.

We acknowledge that the land for which this library is a steward and operates is unceded territory, Aptos Hills, California, traditionally stewarded by the Awaswas-speaking Ohlone people. We recognize this land was taken without consent, and we honor the enduring presence, wisdom, and care of Indigenous communities – past, present, and future.
